Dr McConnell obtained her Bachelor of Dental Surgery degree with First Class Honours from the University of Adelaide in 2011. She graduated with numerous University Awards, including the Adelaide University Medal for overall academic and clinical excellence over the five-year degree. Upon graduation, Dr McConnell spent two years working in private practice in Mount Gambier, South Australia, before moving to Sydney to complete her three-year specialist training (Doctor of Clinical Dentistry) in Orthodontics. She graduated with a high distinction average, and was awarded the Australian Society of Orthodontists NSW Clinical Day post-graduate prize for the best-treated clinical case. She also received membership by examination with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, and Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.
Dr McConnell is a member of many professional associations including the Australian Society of Orthodontists, the Australian Dental Association, the American Association of Orthodontists, the European Orthodontic Society, and the World Federation of Orthodontists. She is also a certified member of the Australian Orthodontic Board.
Away from the clinic, Dr McConnell enjoys spending time with her husband, family, friends and playing the violin. She has a keen interest in a wide array of sports, in particular competitive tennis and long-distance running.
Dr Te Mo brings extensive experience in orthodontic treatment of both adults and children of all ages. Dr Te Mo gained his Bachelor of Dental Surgery Degree (with credit) from the University of Otago, Dunedin, New Zealand.He spent three years in Wellington, New Zealand working in both hospital and private practice. He then returned to Dunedin to complete his Master of Orthodontics (with distinction) from the University of Otago. Dr Te Mo went on to receive membership with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh, and Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. Dr Te Mo is a visiting lecturer at the University of Sydney, teaching on the Postgraduate Orthodontic course. He has lectured both nationally and internationally on the latest Orthodontic techniques.
Dr Te Mo is a keen sportsperson who enjoys rugby union,golf, touch rugby, basketball, surfing and skiing.
Dr Stephen Papas completed his Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (FRACDS) in 2000 and in 2001 was accepted into the Master of Dental Science orthodontic program at The University of Queensland. This is the three year specialist training degree to become an orthodontist.
Throughout his dental and orthodontic careers, Dr Stephen Papas has completed all requirements to be a fully qualified specialist.

Dr Papas has expertise with Invisalign and Incognito lingual braces, including for complex cases.
Dr Mann loves transforming smiles and prioritising patient-centred care. Her areas of expertise include children's growth and development, adult orthodontics including clear aligners (such as Invisalign and Spark) as well as traditional "braces". She is multilingual, speaking Cantonese and Mandarin Chinese, as well as having formal certification in Japanese (JLPT N4).
Dr Mann grew up in Adelaide and completed her Bachelor of Dental Surgery at the University of Adelaide.
She was awarded First Class (top 2%) for her Honours Degree in the Bachelor of Science in Dentistry, as well as the University medal for for outstanding academic and clinical achievement, the Executive Dean's Certificate of Merit and the National Dental Examining Board of Canada's Certification.
Whilst practicing general dentistry in both public and private practice in Adelaide, she completed the Royal Australasian college of Dental Surgeons primary examination. Dr Mann was then selected by competitive entry to specialise as an orthodontist, and was awarded the Doctor of Dentistry in Orthodontics degree by the University of Sydney.
She received membership in orthodontics by examination by the royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and is a certified member of the Australasian Orthodontic Board.
Dr Mann had been involved with teaching dental and hygiene students at the University of Adelaide and University of Sydney. She has had the privilege of presenting in numerous national and international conferences. Her research has been published in the Journal Of Dental Research, Journal of Dentistry, American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics and in Progress in Orthodontics.
Dr Mann is the current President of the ACT Dental Group and an active committee member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists.
