Dr Naomi Kohan graduated with a Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Western Australia in 2010. She has gained considerable experience in general dentistry by working in remote Western Australia and the metropolitan area in both the public and private sectors. Additionally, she was a dental registrar at the Princess Margaret Hospital for Children giving her a specialist insight into paediatric dentistry.

Dr Kohan moved to Sydney in 2013 after being accepted for the highly competitive specialist orthodontics programme at the University of Sydney. She is committed to evidence-based orthodontics and was involved in an international research project with Hiroshima University, Japan. Furthermore, she has a special interest in accelerated orthodontics and has presented on this topic at a national postgraduate meeting.

Dr Kohan enjoys providing her patients with a full scope of orthodontic treatment ranging from early growth modification treatment to adult treatment with lingual braces and Invisalign. She has a kind and caring nature and makes all her patients feel at ease in the dental chair.

Dr Kohan is a certified Member of the Australasian Orthodontic Board and has also qualified as a member of both the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh in the specialist field of orthodontics.

In addition to orthodontics, Dr Kohan loves to keep active and is a keen swimmer. She is a volunteer Surf Lifesaver and regularly competes in open water swimming events.

Dr Todres attended the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa), where he earned his Bachelor of Science in physiology and biochemistry.

He completed dental school, graduating with his Bachelor of Dental Science from the University of Witwatersrand.

Following five years in private dental practice, Dr Todres completed his orthodontic training, attending the University of the Witwatersrand, where he earned his Master of Dentistry (in the branch of orthodontics).

Dr Todres also holds the fellowship of the College of Medicine of South Africa after successfully completing further entrance examinations with that institution.

Dr Crofton Daniels BDSc, MDSc, FRACDS, M.Orth RCS (Edin) completed his Bachelor of Dental Science and Masters Degree in Orthodontics at the University of Western Australia. On graduating from Orthodontics he was awarded the prestigious Elsdon Storey Research Prize for Orthodontic Research Excellence. He has worked in specialist private practice since 2007. Dr Daniels is primarily based in Morley but also visits Carine, Esperance and Geraldton. He continues his association with the University of Western Australia with an appointment as a clinical tutor to post-graduate students. Dr Daniels is an active member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists. He has held numerous positions and is currently a Federal Councillor. To stay abreast with the latest advancements in the orthodontic profession he regularly attends continuing Education conferences both domestically and internationally. Dr Daniels was born and raised in Perth. Outside of work he is the proud father of 3 children, loves the outdoors and is passionate about his boating, fishing, rugby and cricket.

Dr Richard Lee received his Bachelor of Dental Science with Honours from the University of Western Australia. Following completion of his dental training he served as a dental officer with the Royal Australian Air Force.

He returned to the University of Western Australia as a part time clinical instructor in general dentistry while completing a Bachelor of Science in Dentistry with Honours. He continued on and completed his Orthodontic specialist training, receiving his Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry (Orthodontics) from UWA with a research focus on the accuracy of computer assisted surgical simulation for orthognathic surgical planning.

Dr Lee was the recipient of the AB Travelling Fellowship award and undertook an Orthodontic Craniofacial Special Care Clinical Fellowship at The Hospital for Sick Children in Toronto, Canada. This sub-specialty training in the management of complex orthodontic conditions included large caseloads of patients with craniofacial defects such as cleft lip and palate as well as patients with medical and behavioural issues.

Dr Lee is a member of the Australian Dental Association, Australian Society of Orthodontists and is Australasian Orthodontic Board certified. He is passionate about Orthodontics and helping patients achieve the best treatment outcome possible.

In his spare time he enjoys running, hiking, snowboarding and all things outdoors.
