Dr Jong was born and bred as a Sydneysider. His first degree was from the University of Sydney and qualified as a dentist in 2001.

Having worked in private practices as far ranging as Newcastle, the Central Coast and Sydney CBD, Dr Jong has dealt with people from all walks of life. His Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry with a specialty in Orthodontics (University of Adelaide) was awarded with a Dean's commendation for his research into Corticotomy-assisted Orthodontics- a rare honour. This is a technique which accelerates tooth movement.

Dr. Denice Loo is passionate about creating healthy, confident, and beautiful smiles. She is dedicated to providing exceptional orthodontic care to patients of all ages. Having undergone orthodontic treatment twice herself, she has a firsthand appreciation of the process and its impact. Denice takes pride in her warm and friendly demeanour. Her goal is to help you achieve the smile you have always wanted while ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease during every appointment.

Denice obtained her Bachelor of Dental Science degree with First-Class Honours from the University of Queensland in 2018. During this time, her dedication to her studies was recognised with the Dean's Commendation for Academic Excellence.

After several years of practicing as a general dentist in Canberra, she relocated to Melbourne to pursue a three-year full-time specialist training program in the Doctor of Clinical Dentistry, specialising in Orthodontics at the University of Melbourne. Her training includes regular appointments at the Royal Dental Hospital Melbourne and the Royal Children's Hospital, where she is exposed to a wide range of treatment modalities such as traditional braces, clear aligners, temporary anchorage devices (miniscrews), complex orthodontic cases, combined orthodontic-orthognathic surgery treatments, and the management of patients with craniofacial syndromes, including cleft lip and palate.

Denice's post-graduate research focused on early interceptive treatment for skeletal Class III patients using temporary anchorage devices (miniscrews) and elastics, as an alternative to the traditional facemask. This research sparked her keen interest in children's orthodontics. She was honoured to have her research recognised internationally and had the privilege of presenting it at the prestigious William R. Proffit Resident Scholar Award session during the 2024 American Association of Orthodontists conference in New Orleans.

After living in various cities across Australia, she is now proud to call beautiful Sydney home. Outside of work, Denice enjoys the simple pleasures of spending quality time with her family. She often spends her free time expanding her cooking repertoire, taking long walks with her dog, and getting her hands dirty with pottery. Having grown up in Malaysia, she is multilingual and speaks English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and Bahasa. This allows her to connect with patients from diverse backgrounds.
