Dr Ratneser had a strong desire to work in health, which led him to study dentistry at the University of Adelaide. He completed his dentistry degree in 1998. After a brief stint working as a dentist in Perth he caught the travel bug and moved to the UK to work in private practice with an emphasis on children's dentistry.
In 2007 Sanj returned to Australia to undertake specialist training in Orthodontics at the University of Melbourne. He was awarded the 2010 John McDonald award by the Royal College of Surgeons in Edinburgh. This is one of the world's most prestigious awards in orthodontics.
He was also awarded the 2010 Elsdon Storey research award by the Australian Society of Orthodontists for his research on dental decay around braces.
When not busily straightening teeth Dr Ratneser is a big fan of all things beach. He is an avid diver, golfer, snow boarder and cricketer.
Dr Fabiana Petrykowski completed her Bachelor of Dental Science and Masters in Orthodontics in Brazil. She worked for 10 years before moving to Perth with her family.
In Perth, she completed the Bachelor of Science in Dentistry with Honours and the Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry (Orthodontics) at the University of Western Australia. Her research projects include: evaluation of airway morphology in patients with Obstructive Sleep Apnea using 3D imaging and evaluation of bone density using micro CT analysis.
Dr Fabiana is a Specialist Orthodontist and member of the Australian Dental Association, Australian Society of Orthodontists (ASO) and is Australasian Orthodontic Board certified.
She is highly committed to Orthodontics and to her patients providing excellent orthodontic care and a very pleasant experience.
Dr Fabiana welcomes orthodontic referrals for children and adults.
