Dr Manaf graduated with a degree in Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Newcastle and completed her Master’s Degree in Orthodontics from the University of Wales.
Dr Manaf is a member of several organisations including the Australian Dental Association, Australian Society of Orthodontists, Australian Society of Lingual Orthodontists, American Association of Orthodontists, and Australian Orthodontic Board. She also works as a dental fellow for the World Federation of Orthodontists at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
Dr Manaf's private practice is found in different places across the region, catering to patients in Newman, Port Hedland, Narrogin, and Karlgoorlie. Dr. Manaf runs her practice and centralises all appointments in Perth when she’s not travelling across Western Australia.
She is passionate and devoted in providing quality dental care to all her patients. Her practice focuses on individualised treatments for both children and adults.
Dr Manaf is a fitness enthusiast and loves to participate in different wellness activities. She goes to the gym during her free time and regularly takes part in Perth’s Fun Runs. She also paints and has a great interest in art and can speak French, Malay, and Spanish. Dr Manaf is also an animal lover, supporting many animal welfare organisations such as Animals Asia, RSPCA, and the World Wildlife Fund.
Dr Shiva Senathirajah is a Perth local who graduated from the University of Western Australia with a Dental degree with Honours, and then completed 3 years at The University of Melbourne to gain her qualifications as a Specialist Orthodontist. Before commencing her Specialist Orthodontic training, Shiva worked as a general dentist in a Perth private practice for 6 years.
In addition to providing the highest standard of orthodontic care for patients, Shiva has an interest in orthodontic clinical research and has presented her research nationally at the Australian Society of Orthodontists Foundation Meeting and internationally at the American Association of Orthodontists Annual Sessions and the European Orthodontic Society Congress.
Shiva participated in the Charley Schultz Resident Scholar Award programme in the USA and was also awarded first prize for the TP Postgraduate Clinical Award. She is certified with the Australasian Orthodontic Board and holds membership with the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh and the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.
In her spare time Shiva likes baking, practicing yoga, taking in the natural beauty of Perth on long walks and exploring different cultures through food, music and travel.
Shiva loves being an orthodontist and feels it is a privilege to work together with patients to transform their smiles, which can be enjoyed for the rest of their lives.
