Dr Collett gained his dental qualifications, specialist degree and doctorate from The University of Melbourne. Following his specialist training, he accepted a position at the University of Michigan as a research fellow. As well as being in private practice in Upper Ferntree Gully he holds the position of Senior Orthodontist at Monash Medical Centre.
He serves with the Vietnam Oral Health Team at The National Hospital of Odonto-Stomatology in Ho Chi Minh City, serving as a volunteer with the Cleft Team providing care to disadvantaged people. He serves as a postgraduate student coordinator for the Australasian Orthodontic Board.
Dr Collett has published material in orthodontic journals and presented at national and international conventions. He has been awarded the Distinguished Service Award by the Australian Society of Orthodontists, The Achievement in Dentistry Award by the Australian Dental Association, an International Volunteer Award by the Australian Government and has been elected a Paul Harris Fellow by Rotary Australia.
Dr Collett is married with two adult sons and enjoys spending time with the family. He volunteers as a timekeeper with basketball. "I enjoy being an orthodontist and don't view the day’s work as a chore, but rather an opportunity to talk to and meet many interesting people, while helping them obtain the smile they desire. It is a gratifying experience to see someone’s self-esteem and happiness improve with a better smile."

Dr Annie Tong grew up in Brisbane and moved to Melbourne to study her two dental degrees, eventually staying and making Melbourne her home.
In her spare time, she likes to spend time with family, play the piano and work in her (small) garden.
Dr Tong completed her dental and postgraduate orthodontic education at the University of Melbourne, where she gained her general dental qualifications with first class honours (BDSc Hons), and specialist qualifications in orthodontics (DCD Orth). She is also certified with the Australian Orthodontic Board (AOB Cert). She holds membership by examination in the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons (MRACDS Orth) and the Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh (MORth RCSEd).
Dr Tong is a member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists, an international member of the American Association of Orthodontists, a member of the World Federation of Orthodontists, and a member of the Australian Dental Association. Dr Tong has been published in the Australian Dental Journal, and presented her research at the 2018 Annual Session of the American Association of Orthodontists in Washington. She was the recipient of the Elsdon Storey Research Award presented by the Australian Society of Orthodontists Foundation for Research and Education for most meritorious research paper.
She looks forward to many years of giving back to the community.
