Dr Semaan is the founder of Clear Smiles Orthodontics, an orthodontic practice dedicated to creating the healthiest and most beautiful smiles possible in the most comfortable, cost effective, and cosmetic way. Clear Smiles Orthodontics is dedicated to using the latest orthodontic techniques and technology and is one of the most technologically advanced clinics on the Gold Coast.

Dr Semaan is known by his co-workers to be a compassionate, caring, and thorough doctor. He is passionate about orthodontics and, in particular, about the Invisalign system. He has recently been awarded the highest status of Invisalign provider, Diamond Provider making him the first Orthodontist of the Gold Coast to achieve this status and therefore the most experienced Invisalign provider on the Gold Coast. He has travelled around the world to continue to master the Invisalign technique and has become a mentor to several dentists who are using the technology now.

Dr Semaan and his wife are raising five children. His hobbies revolve around his wife and children, which bring him his greatest joy.


Dr. Amesha completed her Bachelor of Dental Science degree at the University of Witwatersrand, South Africa before she relocated to Australia calling the Gold Coast home. She pursued her childhood desire to become an Orthodontist by completing a 3 year full-time specialist training programme in orthodontics at the University of Queensland and has gained membership to the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons in specialist dental practice.

Dr Amesha joined the Clear Smiles Orthodontics team in 2021 and is dedicated to excellence in the journey of a patient's smile transformation in a caring atmosphere, using the best technological advances in orthodontics. She holds certification with the Australasian Orthodontic Board (AOB), and is a member of the Australian Society of Orthodontists (ASO), Australian Dental Association (ADA), Australian and New Zealand Society of Paediatric Dentistry (ANZSPD), American Association of Orthodontics (AAO), World Federation of Orthodontists (WFO) and The Invisible Orthodontist (TIO). Her research on the Invisalign appliance is soon to be published in the American Journal of Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopaedics.

She spends her spare time with her 2 young boys which usually involves playdates, soccer and swimming lessons.
