Dr Roland Hammond

Dr Hammond completed a Bachelor of Dental Studies in 1987 before graduating in Dentistry with Honours from the University of Queensland in 1989. He returned to the University and completed his Masters in Orthodontics in 1995. On graduating, he spent two years in specialist orthodontic practice in London before returning to Brisbane.

In 2000 Dr Hammond joined the Brisbane Orthodontic Group.He is a Past President of the Australian Society of Orthodontists (Queensland Branch), and has been involved as a clinical supervisor at UQ.

When not at work, Dr Hammond and his wife love to escape to “Straddie” and the beach-related activities the island allows. This is when they are not chasing their four teenage kids around the countryside.
