specialist orthodontist and ASO member
Dr. Devan grew up in Toowoomba and completed his dental degree with first class Honours at the University of Queensland. After graduating he worked in private practice in Toowoomba, Highfields, and Brisbane before undertaking specialist orthodontic training.
Dr. Devan is a registered orthodontic specialist, having completed an additional three year Doctorate of Clinical Dentistry (Orthodontics) at the University of Queensland. He holds memberships and affiliations with the Australian Dental Association, Australian Society of Orthodontists, Australian Orthodontic Board, Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh), and Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons. Dr. Devan is also a keen academic having published numerous scientific papers in various orthodontic journals. As the owner of Westside Orthodontics he is committed to the Darling Downs region and providing “excellent and affordable orthodontic treatment in a friendly and caring environment.”
He believes that the best thing about orthodontics is being able to create beautiful smiles for his patients and developing long-term friendships with families.
