Dr Daniel
Ngan is an AHPRA registered
specialist orthodontist and ASO member
Dr Ngan completed his specialist training at The University of Sydney, receiving the MRS medal for ‘The Most Outstanding Graduate Orthodontist in Australia’, the Foundation Award for his academic thesis, and the Australian Orthodontic Board award for his clinical work.
He was also awarded the ‘Gold Medal for Excellence in Dentistry’ from the University of Otago, Fellowship to the World Federation of Orthodontists, and Membership of the Royal Australasian College of Dental Surgeons.
Dr Ngan also teaches Doctorate Orthodontics at The University of Sydney and is an Adjunct Lecturer at Charles Sturt University.
He says, “After 15 years of orthodontics, I have evolved my philosophy to include optimising dento-facial aesthetics on a non-extraction basis where possible. I use all techniques including self ligating brackets, functional and expansion appliances, and mini implant techniques. I also have more than 13 years of experience using Invisalign".
