Dr Christopher
Ho is an AHPRA registered
specialist orthodontist and ASO member
Dr Ho was educated in Brisbane and graduated as a dentist from the University of Queensland in 1983 with Honours. He received his Master of Dental Science degree in the field of Orthodontics from the University of Queensland in 1992 and registered as a Specialist Orthodontist with the Dental Board of Australia in 1994. Following graduation as an orthodontist, Dr Ho taught at the University of Queensland Dental School. He academic career began as a Lecturer and was later promoted to Associate Professor of Orthodontics.
He is currently a Senior Dental Specialist in Orthodontics at the Lady Cilento Children's Hospital with his primary interest in the orthodontic management of children with cleft lip and palate and craniofacial anomalies.
Dr Ho commenced part-time private practice in 1994 with his main practice at Sumner Park. In 1993, Dr Ho was awarded the P. Raymond Begg medallion from the Australian Society of Orthodontists' Foundation for Research and Education for best original research. He has presented lectures around Australia and has published articles in national and international journals.
