Dr Nino Gullotta, is a prominent Gold Coast specialist orthodontist with more than 30 years’ experience in the field. He loves treating children, but equally gets as much joy and satisfaction in transforming the smiles of adults.

Dr Gullotta has a Master of Dental Science (Orthodontics) from the University of Melbourne and is a registered specialist in orthodontics with the Dental Board of Australia.
His passion for orthodontics began after working intensively with children who had cleft palates and other cranio-facial problems at the Brisbane Children’s Dental Hospital. After undertaking full-time study, research and clinical work in the field, he became a partner in a Southport private orthodontic practice.
That was 28 years ago. Today, as the principal of Gullotta Orthodontics, Dr. Gullotta continues to maintain his commitment to delivering world-class treatments to his patients – with the support of his highly-trained team.
Dr Gullotta regularly attends many national and international orthodontic seminars and conferences to keep up with the latest orthodontic advances. He is also an active member of numerous professional bodies including :

• American Association of Orthodontists –international member
When he is not making his patients and team smile, Dr Gullotta likes nothing better than enjoying a good meal with family or friends. He is also an avid follower of basketball. His three children are gifted basketball players and the Gullotta family is well-known in basketball circles on the Gold Coast.
He also credits his team, who are just as committed to your dental welfare as he is. Dr Gullotta makes sure their education and learning is ongoing and up to date too.
There is nothing he enjoys more than seeing his patients’ eyes light up when they see their new smile in the mirror for the first time after having their braces removed.
Correcting dental health issues such as a bad bite and crooked teeth is much more than a physical transformation. Dr Gullotta changes lives and makes people want to smile again…and never stop. He believes that while the first solution is to treat the dental concerns, the new-found confidence and self-assurance that comes as part of the journey is inspirational.
